As a long time practicing therapist and spiritual entity, I have decided to forgo the false luxury of insurance and the useless membership to
associations that just bleed your money, tell you what you can and can't do and give you almost nothing in return.

Karma
I believe that the certainty of the karma of care that I have purposely created & continue to create and contain and will keep all safe.
It is your responsibility to shower just before the massage as will I.
I agree to not sue you.
you (the client) agree not to sue me for any unforeseen result physically or mentally from the execution of my service. We both agree to accept the responsibility for our actions.

It is your responsibility to let me know if you are needing to change anything you have initially chosen on these forms at the time of the massage.
It is my responsibility to let you know that I am comfortable with your choices or not.
I retain your details as an encrypted (AxCrypt) written record of your session for my own files and record for future appointments.
No enquiries on behalf of another person.
